Is Evercore Capital Advisors part of Evercore Partners?

I know it is a random question, but I was curious if it was a corporate finance/development branch of Evercore Partners. I thought it was...

I apologize if it is the wrong category as well.

It also says at the bottom of the page "Evercore Capital Advisors LLC is a New York based investment banking and advisory firm, serving companies with market values of up to $1 billion in the areas of corporate finance (equity and debt), venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and deal structuring. Evercore advises entrepreneurs, fund managers and high net worth investors in the due diligence, negotiation and structuring of investments in technology, energy, consumer products and other general high growth areas."
