Is having an MBA automatically make you an Goldman Sachs Associate?

I know a couple years ago, Morgan Stanley hired any MBA as an associate. Does Goldman do the same?

It's hard to believe that an MBA will be an analyst....

Does the exit opportunities from Goldman still ring true?

Thanks.
