I had emailed an MD of a boutique for an informational interview.Got a reply saying that I could try him on his cell phone on Friday(This was last week of July).I tried him twice but he did not pick up.Mailed him again acknowledging that he might be busy and also asked the next best time.The next time I left a voice-mail.Got an email saying "try me on Thursday"; which was today.Called him twice just now but again no answer. I understand that MDs are busy but is he ignoring me? I guess I should stop pursuing him.

Unless he is fucked up and when you call he runs into the hall and calls over all the associates to laugh at your attempts... which is of course, not something to be thrown out completely. goodluck!
