Is hitting the 2 year mark in IB worth it?
Around the 1.5 year mark and I can make it to 2 years (good reviews and performance), but little interest in IB long term. For resume and career purposes, does hitting the 2 year mark make a tangible difference vs 1 year and 9 months or smth like that?
