Is HL paying too low?
For the hours and being such a volume heavy firm HL should be paying much more.
They used to pay top of street and now paying bottom of street with only 105K for first years and needing to do AN3?!
Thought HL was gearing up for a pay raise. Should’ve taken the JEF or UBS offer. No chance they are retaining talent down the line.
Do RX ppl have a higher base compared to CF in NYC like the way it is in London? or is it uniform throughout?
