I am a postgrad who is trying to start a career in IB. Let's say that i could have a good chance to get a job in IB (like Citi, MorStan) in Eastern Europe. Or i could stay in London and find some other jobs. Plus i am not an EU citizen. So i would like ask if there is any chance that after working for a big name in cities like Budapest i could be transferred to London?

I think it really depends on how different you are. I am assuming you are 20ish so you are basically a commodity: you do not know how to do things, so your attitude is what differentiates you. This is heavily important: among a person who sees a stressful situation and decides to solve it and somebody who just decides not to and prefers to be told what to do, I'd go for the first one. These kind of attitudes are the ones that will set you apart. Nonetheless, it's gonna be difficult to show these traits in an interview so you need to be lucky.
