Is it just me or are there more people in banking with imposter syndrome?

Is everyone else in Investment banking born with their confidence or is it something you teach yourself over time? I am a 3rd year analyst at a bb,i perform as per expectations at work and I have made my way from a very modest background. I can’t seem to give myself credit for anything that I have earned. I am doing better then other people from where I come but I am mostly under confident. I work extremely hard as compared to others (which mostly goes unnoticed). My colleagues sometimes steal the show because of their confidence and take me for granted. People in Investment banking have impressive charismatic personalities, can it be self learnt?
