Is it normal for A1 bonuses to be net of signing bonus?
Is it normal for A1 bonuses to be net of signing bonus? I.e. if my first year bonus is $50K and my signing bonus was $10K, I'd actually only get $40K as my annual bonus.
If so, that's kind of a fucking sham, given the clawback on the signing bonus
Don't believe this is true, never heard of this in any of my offer letters or from analysts in the office. Maybe some backs, but if so I would agree... that would be such a sham
Never heard of this at least not for EBs or for most BBs
No that’s weird
