Is it normal for bankers to offer to refer you unprompted?
Been doing a lot of these calls and a good number (>40%) always offer to refer me to someone without me having to ask. I'm genuinely curious, is this normal for the recruitment process? Like are bankers more looped into how recruiting works now (or are instructed to do this) or this just a really good sign that I should keep doing what I'm doing?
Again, it just really confuses me since my response rates to cold emails is essentially 0 ahaha.
