Is it too late to pivot? Moving post-MBA from consulting to IB
Female with consulting background working in New York, graduated from top 5 business schools in 2021, trying to pivot to banking, didn't try IB during summers at B-school.

Why the switch? I imagine that will be one of the top questions you will get in the interview process?
Impact tangibility- faster results more quant focused work, exposure to senior leadership at companies of all sizes,
in consulting depending on the project you could be interfacing with a mid level VP most days or sometimes CXOs or one tier below, a lot of digital or customer focused work that can feel the same after a point
