Is PWP in SF the worst EB office? (bad experience)

From networking, the dealflow, and horror stories from my target, I think it is fair to label PWP SF as probably the worst office and one to stay away from if possible for incoming SA/FT. All the relevant tech/software is done in NY, culture is bottom bucket and it simply seems miserable.

However, I struck out everywhere and only have an offer from Mizuho in SF right now. I am still recruiting atm and would love to hear other's thoughts on lower EB SF offices.

I honestly can't tell if you are shitting on PWP SF or comparing it to your offer. I think 99.9% of the sub, including me, would take PWP SF over any Mizuho office or group in a heartbeat.

Not working at PWP let alone SF, but whatever makes you feel better bud. Pretty ironic that you're talking about pitching lmao. Got a big mouth for someone who "struck out everywhere."

Edit: They changed their comment

Heard they had some kids reneged and are opening up their app again for an informal process to fill out the SF office (tech)

The second that a Mizuho SF banker sees this post and figures out who you are, you won't even have that offer anymore lmao

Bro? He knows I’m def gonna lateral to Q full time if given the chance. Mizuho is great and all but it doesn’t get the finance bois hummin quite like Qatalyst. So thanks for your response?

How were your interviews? Any technicals, etc? How many rounds?

I have prepped extensively and am ready for accounting, dcf but not LBOs (ew). Can also do mental math (think 1+1, 3x3, 0*942). Is this enough?

Thank you in advance for your response sir!

Additionally pls provide stats such as college, gpa, and club membership (co-founded a club etc)

;(

Before I leave to study my technicals and memorize my life story could you answer something for me?

What is the difference between EB and BB? On my networking calls I ask them what "double-B" and "ebb" are but they seem annoyed. Thanks again for your help and good luck with your decision! See you at Q in the future

I know this is a troll post. But on a serious note, how is PWP SF? Is dealflow bad and how are the exits?
