Is switching to corporate worth it?

I was an IB associate, quit a month ago because the environment at my current firm was getting beyond toxic…have an offer for a corporate tole with significant pay cut…the all in would be what my base was in IB…should I just take it? Or look for other roles? Is there a world where I can switch back to another IB role in a year or maybe a LMM PE firm? Or does doing corporate silo you forever…
