What is the best way to approach this question? Any tips or advice would be much appreciated. Kind of a tricky question in not trying to sound too desperate but not too indifferent as well

Your strengths and how they are related to this job
It's not a tricky question at all. Just sell yourself by highlighting your strong suits and how they pertain to the position (ie: I'm a very hard worker, as demonstrated by my working full-time and going to school. This ability to multitask well will translate to position X). You must convince the interviewer this is truly the one position you want, and align your strengths with the job description. Sell yourself.
