Is this a big deal or not a big deal?

(Junior. Semi-target. Interned at a boutique soph-year)

I networked over the summer and send out my resumes to a tons of people around. At that time I listed that I worked on two industries: one NR and one TMT. Later in November when I sent out my resume, I changed the NR to industrials.

Do you think this particular thing could get me dinged?

The question is, why would you change it? Did you work in NR...or industrials?

Also, they'll only look at the most recent version of your resume 99% of the time (ie the one you submit).
