2019 Analyst Program – Real Estate & Specialized Finance: Corporate & Investment Banking

X values junior talent and aims to give the best foundation for a successful career in Banking and Finance. The Real Estate Group is one of X’s America’s highest growth sectors in Corporate & Investment Banking. The group focuses on the following core sectors: REITs, Homebuilders, Subscription Financing and Secured, Mortgage Financing. The team manages and builds relationships with its corporate clients and provides various banking services including, corporate finance advisory, capital raising, risk management, and acquisition financing. The Analyst Program is an opportunity to be part of a leading Corporate & Investment Banking platform that is rapidly growing in the Americas. Analysts will gain an in-depth knowledge of the various Real Estate sub-sectors including business fundamentals, growth drivers, risks, competitive landscape, etc. Prior to joining the Real Estate group, analysts will have 3 weeks of technical and professional training, covering core corporate and investment banking skills including accounting and financial modeling. In addition, X provides 2 weeks of training in preparation for the Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA exams. Upon completion of the training and passing of the two FINRA exams, you will join the Real Estate group and work side-by-side with Senior Bankers on projects for X’s existing and prospective clients, including the origination and execution of banking and capital markets transactions.

It really sounds like it could be either one... very confusing. Would be easier with the bank name, a lot of places call investment banking "CIB"
