Is This What Client Pitches Actually Look Like? Filmed Client Pitch

I was watching the cringy recruiting video made by Solomon Partners which apparently shows the day in the life of a PJS analyst, and in the video they included a clip of a client pitch that they filmed in their offices. I was wondering if this is what an actual client pitch looks like. I am an incoming intern at a BB so I so I've never seen an actual pitch, but I had the assumption that pitches would be conducted at the client's office rather than the bank's own office.

Was also curious to know if juniors usually talk for a good amount in client pitches? I had always assumed that junior analysts won't speak that much in client pitches, but in the PJS vid the analyst seems to play a big part in the pitch. Here's the link to the video (the pitch occurs at the 1:20 mark):

For those of you too lazy to copy/paste the video, i included a gif of the pitch portion of the videoSolomon Partners Pitch

Everything about the video is wrong. Always go to the clients office never have them at your office. Never sit all on one side of the table intermingle with the client. Never use PowerPoint stupid ass printouts, just talk and if need be take notes on a yellow pad. Go have beers afterwards.

These day in the life videos are seriously inaccurate. CS actually posted and it seems like deleted a similar video because it was getting roasted so much online.

To answer your questions:

- juniors absolutely do not speak on pitches and are almost never invited

- pitches are often at bank's office, I'd say 50/50 of client vs bank office

Also the filming/angle/energy of this video for some reason reminds me of terrible pornography
