ISSUE WITH CRIMINAL CHARGE

I have an offer from a BB firm and disclosed the current issue going on, but was never asked about it. I know they do finger printing a month or so before my start date. My issue is I have a pending charge that I didn't do, but was grouped in with 20+ people all charged with a misdemeanor. They have made an offer that will end the process, or I can continue to fight it and the charge would still be pending. Charge is Reckless conduct. What should I do? I disclosed it in my application. (I have been offered the position already) and signed contract.

You can't do anything at this point. You correctly disclosed it and still received an offer. So you either got lucky and someone overlooked it, or they don't care. If it's A, I guess just cross your fingers and hope your luck doesn't run out. If it's B, you're good to go. Either way it's out of your hands, and it certainly won't help your case if you explicitly bring this to their attention before fingerprinting. My (uneducated?) guess is that it will fly under the radar, but who knows.
