IU Kelley IBN Future???

AN1 at EB here. Little brother is going to IU next year and said they just announced that they are abolishing all the workshops EXCEPT the IBW. Can anyone confirm??? Does this apply to the Private Equity Workshop as well?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there is no specific mention in the provided context about IU Kelley abolishing all workshops except the Investment Banking Workshop (IBW). The context does highlight the existence of multiple workshops, including the IBW, the Capital Markets and Banking Workshop (CMBW), and others like the Private Equity Workshop. However, there is no confirmation or discussion about such a significant change in the workshop structure.

If this is a recent development, it might not yet be reflected in the WSO threads. It would be best to verify this information directly with IU Kelley or through updated forums and announcements.

Lmk. Little bro is also going to IU K this fall. Would appreciate any insight from the Hoosiers on this site

Ignore title. I am a senior at IU. Can confirm that this is not true. PEW is dissolving into IBW, but they are not cutting down the amount of people who get in I think

IBS is shifting focus to people who didn’t place/discover IB late.

IMW/Capital Markets are not a part of IBN and are unaffected by these changes.
