Jefferies is so sick

Jefferies is a sweatshop. And they’re all frat stars. The CEO makes Instagram videos and is so dope and funny. They pay top level as well. They are on par with the middle EB’s (Lazard / PWP / Moelis / Goldman Sachs) and compensation is truly top notch. They’re so dope and everyone I network with references the insane MFPE exits. If you don’t see too many exits just understand it’s because of per capita bro… just like a Centerview or Perella they have the option for PE bro but they choose to just stay in IB for their insane comp. Or, they realize the middle market is where the true alpha generation is bro. Jefferies works you to the bone and only take the biggest hardos. Do not compare them to the definitely more realistic comps of a Piper Sandler or other MM. They’re so sick.
