Jefferies Raising Base
Confirmed in the WSJ. How we feeling lads? Looks like 110/125 for AN1/2 and 150 for AS1. Bonuses also slated to come out soon, would love to get some ideas for what those are looking like.

Bonuses are expected to be high per the call this morning
When will they announce
Confirmed by Handler on Twitter
Let’s fucking go!
Nice
What’s associate salaries looking like at Jefferies?
$200k for Asso 3, VP1 and on I've been told its $250k. Maybe they move Asso 3s up a bit but not going to change anything major.
thank you
Dick Handler pushed back the bonus date…
New top street 110/125 is niceeeee
Is there any info if Jefferies has given out offer letters to associates as that would be a true reflection of associate salaries?
No offer letters for associates or analysts yet
Just got offer letter. 110K base for AN1 + 15K signing bonus. 125K guaranteed comp so looks like JEF will be 180-200k for AN1.
That total comp seems a bit low, no? 100K top-bucket An1 bonuses this year, so assume 80k conservatively for next year (assuming that JEF doesn't have another record year). That puts you above the upper bound of 200K all-in.
Yeah, just wanted to be conservative in case of not as good of years as well as bonus adjustment post base increase
It’s great to finally see the much deserved raise for analysts. Did they increase the base for returning associates as well?
Associates are now 175/200/225. Found out this morning
A0 at 175?? That's insane
A0 at 150. A1 at 175
can also confirm that Asso3 is $225k. Anyone know if VPs are getting a raise?
Any insight into bonus announcement timeline?
Is VP salary 250 at Jeff?
No
