In this associates opinion, if someone complained about constantly working until 5am, they would simply be told they are not working fast enough or efficiently.

AS0 at JEF NY here. My typical Sunday is 9am - 2am with 2-8 hours on Saturday. Mostly not live deal work. In office 6 days a week (i don’t go in on Saturday unless stuff blowing up)
