Job offer rescinded because of grade?
Hi, this is my first post here, I worked as a summer analyst in a BB last summer with an on-track 2:1. The firm extended me a return offer this year. However, I think I am going to screw up my final year grade. In the end, I may get a high 2:2 instead of a 2:1 as the condition stated on my graduate role contract.
Has anyone encountered this before? Did your HR still let you pass, or rescind ur offer instead?

Offer will be removed
You’ll be fine
Depends on bank, my friend at a BB got an offer if they did a master's only and they offered him next cohort
Do you mean your friend was being asked to take a master's degree for a year and join in the following year?
