Job posted right after the phone interview = automatic ding?
I've had a phone call with managing directors at the same firm for a potential position these past few months. Right after a call with one of the directors, I've noticed that they posted the job on a Linkedin. I understand that they're trying to interview more people, but the timing of the posting make it seem like an automatic ding on my end.
