Hey all,
As I will join FT IB role in July and Bonuses are assigned in Jan, I was thinking whether it's normal practice that I will receive stub bonus (50%) or should I negotiate it, discuss to be sure I'll get it? Does it differ depending on location - London / Paris / NY (BB/EB) ?
Additionally, how does the bonus allocation look, is there some area for discussion or the majority of bonus payments is just waiting to see the final number?
