Was hoping I could get some insight on the process for JP Morgan Analyst hiring with this HireVue step. I submitted my app and was immediately asked to do a webcam interview with HireVue. Is this moving to a next step or does everyone get to do this? Is this interview all Situation based questioning or do they ask technical questions in this?

I've pretty much only had behavioral questions. Things like why JPM, why this position, an example of teamwork, etc. I don't think they ask any technicals on HireVue, but it might depend on the specific role you applied for.
If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of role did you apply for? Mine was all technical lol. Very different.
