JP Morgan IBD Madrid Culture

I am an analyst in London and I am thinking of going back home. However, I heard JPM IBD Madrid has the sweatiest culture. Even worst than London.

IB in Madrid is generally very sweaty, from the BBs to the boutiques. Most of it is driven by MDs will an old-school mentality of making you suffer because you did. I think there can be some variation between firms, however it will be similar across the board. The best approach might be to try and find a firm with good peers and decent Associates/VPs even if the MDs are assholes.
what about consulting in Madrid?
