i guess JPM sent out special invites to "top candidates" to apply to their full time analyst program.
my questions is, who makes the decision on who get interviews under these special application circumstances? i am assuming they only have 30 resumes to look through instead of 10000 this way. is it solely on quality of resume at this point? or is name brand and networking a factor also.
