JPM IB Analyst - Did the Hirevue but didnt receive any response in 4 months. My status remains 'Under consideration'
Hi, I'm applying for an IB Analyst role in Latin America.
I receive the invitation to do the Hirevue interview in October. I did the interview, but I haven't receive any response ever since. Still, the application UPDATED twice and it still says I'm 'Under consideration'.
Did anybody experience the same issue? Also, I saw they posted the same job TWICE: 1 in October and 1 in December, suggesting they may have not found enough candidates in the first attempt.
Can someone please give me some hope or simply put my feet on my floor, so I can stop with this?

Not that you actually are, but I would assume you are dinged and move on. It’s probably a healthier mindset and it somewhat sounds like you are putting your eggs in one basket without on campus recruiting. Just keep pounding the pavement literally everywhere and something will land.

To provide actual context, I got an offer at JPM Energy investment banking as well as another bulge (where I will be going full time) that uses the HireVue system. Both process where shorter than one month from application to HireVue to offer. You are dinged for sure. Hope you feel relieved now.
