I am apart of one of the top LF EMEA teams and here is what will come up in your interview. They will ask you about any type of deal experience and what you think general about the levfin market right now with interest rates. Know all your credit metrics inside out, DSCR, FCF: Debt, interest coverage, all of it. Have you worked on an operating model before? Have you linked one to a template? Experience with excel? Also know all your standard valuation methodologies as we use all of them to go to credit. LBO targets, why an LBO is good/ bad? How much debt can X company take on? Know your 3 statements and accounting as it is bread and butter. Finally why LevFin - this is my answer and its got a 100% success rate but, if you have a deeper, better reason - pls use that obviously.

'LF allows me to work on a range of deals in a range of sectors and verticals. I wont be constrained to one sector and I will get the opportunity to learn about all business sectors and how each one grows in their own way. I. enjoy working with credit and financing instruments as I will be helping fund life-changing ideas, strategy etc whether it is in a MedTech helping people's lives, or if it is retail helping customers on a day to day basis'.

^Something like that but I would obviously always add things here and there and sugarcoat everything.

Best of luck my friend, go get em!
