I got an offer from JPM for their middle market banking and specialized industry group. Would it be possible to lateral internally to IB got FT?

Not easy at all, as it's located in the commercial bank. Most who do make the lateral move either internally or to other banks do so after the analyst years, though there were people who made the jump during the hiring spree over COVID.
