I was given my verbal offer about 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten my written offer. This is for summer 2023 in IB. Is anyone else on the same boat?

Yup. JPM is notorious for taking their sweet time to give out the actual letter. They’re great people there, wouldn’t be too concerned.
No, but you should take it. It doesn’t get much better than that. Is it for IB? If you have interviews coming up with Evercore or GS, try getting an extension on the offer.
In my opinion, this is actually a great situation to be in. You haven’t signed anything, and you’re free to shop around at a few EBs that are still not done with recruiting.
