JPM Promotions...what happened??!
Just saw the list of Associate promotions (GLOBAL) and wondering what happened to IB promotions. Like the list of new IB associates is soooo tiny compared to S&T and ER that I'm wondering how many of the IB AN3 didn't get promo this year. Any insight on what is going on?
In IB A2As get promoted in July before shifting to the standard January cycle
Is it only IB? I'm quite sure it's not the same in Europe, and still, numbers look disappointing vs Markets
Europe is the same from personal experience, can’t really comment on other divisions. Makes sense that there are not a lot of IB assoc promotions because they generally happen in summer.
