just wondering how in-depth employment background checks go at jpm. one of the internships i listed on my resume was before i turned 18 and so i didn't have to file a w2. for the employment verification, do you just send the names of your supervisors and the outsourcing company simply calls them, or do you have to send w2 forms too?

Ehh they will ask. Especially when it comes to FINRA before FT especially if you had it on your resume. But usually a paystub will be more than enough. Just talk to them and they will help you figure out what you need to provide them.
