Junior banker non-compete
Got an offer to join an investment bank as an analyst. The contract looks alright except that in addition to non compete and non solicitation clauses (respectively 6 and 12 months) I would also have the obligation to disclose my current contract to any new employer making an offer, and to inform my company of the name of the firm making said offer. Is that standard or would that be a handicap when recruiting further down the line?
