Greetings Fellow Primates,
I stumbled upon a job opportunity as a Junior Equity Index & ETF Analyst at a rather decent IB and while reading the description and requirements noticed something rather unusual (at least in my experience so far). "Required compensation" was mentioned as information which I should indicate in my application.
Considering that the location is London and it is a Junior position, what would you approximate number, or range, be?
Obviously I could use Google wisely and come up with a number, but I have several concerns which are probably not going to be taken into account in my findings. Here they are, assuming they would impact your suggestions:
- I have very little experience (think one really solid summer internship last year)
- Not from a Target, think borderline 3rd world country but with an American diploma
- Willing to take a hit in terms of salary as long as I get the chance to learn and be part of the rat race
Hopefully I did not make my question too long/complex with these, but input will be greatly appreciated!
