Junior with no prospects currently, is it too late to get a banking internship?

Hey guys, I'm a junior at a west coast semi target. I was pretty late to the recruiting process, I didn't know the process started well over a year in advance for summer internships. I did a little bit of networking and had a few super days across IB, ER, and some capital markets roles. I didnt get any of them. Now its december and I am getting nervous about not having a job next summer. I have previous internships in a well known power infrastructure PE firm and an ER role. I do want to get into banking and I want to ask for advice on what I can do to secure something for this summer.
