Juniors don’t want MDs to know about neworking calls?
Undergrad student. I Trying to make new connections at a new firm, new group for potential internship. Have talked to a few junior bankers early last week and mentioned that I was talking to group MD this week, and had at least two ask me not to mention that I had spoken w them.
I’m guessing this is cause maybe MDs get mad when they find out junior bankers are taking 30 minutes of the workday to talk to students.
Red flag or what?
