Trying to use a the justified PE to calculate the forward PE of a firm.
Have two questions in mind
Do you use the forward 1 year ROE for a 1 year/12m target price? 2 year forward ROE for 2 year target price? etc?
What if the firm does not have dividends? What's a good way to come up with the target PE?
