KeyBanc Thoughts & Pay?

Hey, undergraduate here. I was wondering what the overall judgement on Key is in terms of deal flow, ability to climb the ranks. Also does Key pay street for base, and what does the bonus typically look like. I’m interested in a few of its groups including C&R, Healthcare (Cain Brothers), and M&A product. Also the first and latter group location would be Cleveland, so I can take COL into account.

Also what are exits opps, I’m not too concerned with this as I really do want the chance to climb the ranks at MM firm like Key, Piper Sandler, Macquarie, Citizens, Oppenheimer, etc.
