Groundbreaking. Original. Really well done.

"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Pray for me now and at the hour of my death, which I hope is soon. Amen."

haha...well...

on regards to this thread: there is a really good one from a guy who was at KKR. He lists the main feeder, incl GS TMT and MS M&A...

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA

The three associates I know there are from GS Industrials, BX M&A, and Citi (forgot which group).

There is no "biggest feeder." KKR doesn't favor one top group over others, and no megafund only interviews from "top groups". During recruiting I saw people from BAML, UBS, Perella, etc. at megafund interviews with me.

Why the interest KKR in particular?

There really aren't feeder groups. If you're good and at a semi-reputable bank, you'll get your fair share of interviews at top funds and at that point, bank and group don't really matter.

That being said, here's where the class that just joined out of banking came from for PE group in NYC office: GS TMT GS Nat Res GS Consumer & Retail Evercore Centerview

And here's last year's NYC office PE class: GS TMT GS TMT GS Nat Res HL Restructuring
