I have the exam on tuesday and I am scoring in the 60s on all my online practice exams. I skimmed the book, took all the online courses with notes, read the handouts and I still cant break into a 70 on the online exams. On the written exams, I get around a 70 but im still really worried im going to fail. Did anyone else have a similar experience? Any way to maximize the last 48 hours I have of studying?

In between practice exams, skim the course summary note packet they gave you. Make flash cards. Your time is best spent doing as many practice exams as possible. The diagnostic exam is supposed to be a good indication of where you will score. It was for me.
