LatAm IB - Culture?
Joining a top LatAm firm (BTG Pactual) in a prop credit trading desk this summer. I’m originally from Brazil but doing undergrad abroad.
Any experience with the culture, hours, and general ambiance in this market?
Make sure you wear your presidential sash over your suit, at all times. Afuera!

Being of Brazilian origin will definitely help in terms of culture fit. For hours, expect to work as hard as a comparable seat at a non-LatAm firm.
