So I know that regular IB recruiting is coming to a close, but I applied to several Latam IB groups in BBs and other firms and got one HireVue but for the rest of them nothing else. Does Latam not do accelerated recruiting since it is more of a niche (Spanish and Portuguese plus cultural fit) or is recruiting over for Latam IB? I tried reading more about Latam recruiting on here but could not find anything.
