Late interview process SA hear back time

Hi, Just curious, I know that offers after final round usually come 1-2 days after an interview. But what if the interview came at an irregular time ? Like interviewing at the end of may, would this make offers come out slower? Since it's not during the "main" recruiting time. This is for summer analyst in IBD at a BB. Thanks in advance.

I would say it would come out about the same time. Maybe sooner, because the group might be desparate.Mine was a little later than everyone else and I heard back in 36 hours.

"Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, for knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA."

It really depends on the company and when they posted the opportunity. Since you are talking about a BB just looking to fill a slot for, probably, someone who pulled out of their offer, the firm should be eager to fill the position (especially since the internship should be starting soon). I would assume that you will hear within a week, and probably closer to 3 days (I saw a week in case they are on the fence and have one or 2 last minute candidates to interview ahead of a final decision). Good luck.

If it's been a week, I think it's kosher to send a polite email inquiring about whether your "candidacy is still being considered."
