Hey guys, anyone have perspective on technical assessment for post-MBA Associate (A2, A3) lateral hires - particularly interested in BB, likes of JPM, Morgan Stanley, Goldman and boutiques such as Moelis, Greenhill, etc.?
Separately, are you hearing about expectation of considerable lateral movement in NY at the Associate level? I know bonuses were announced last Friday, presumably shuffling will start March 1st onwards. Not sure how movement will comp y-o-y.
