Has anyone lateraled for better work life balance? Thinking about this due to some health problems of an immediate family member. Currently at MM and looking at potentially joining a boutique (industry focused, smaller average deal size). Anyone who has done this, did you think it was negative for your career (not really looking to ever exit IB)? Also for anyone who’s worked at a shop like this, what were your average weeks like?
