Lateral From Boutique to BB / EB?
Has anyone done this? Background: went to a non-target with grades that were just good enough to land the role. Do grades matter if you want to lateral? Pls advise thx

After first job, exp > school name > grades. If you’re looking for BB or top EB lateral from a non target you would need very good experience and interviewing skills if you have a sub 3.5 gpa
