Lateral hires / switching divisions within a bank.
hey guys- I am about to start my ft job as an analyst at BB. I'm starting in equities salestrading but I really want to do an ECM role. How possible is it to switch to ECM after a year within the same bank or should i try and look elsewhere for other ECM analyst positions after a year.
