Hey all, I was wondering if anybody has anecdotal experience in terms of lateral interviews. I am an ASO 1 and I feel like I really need to get out of my current seat as soon as the bonus hits. Can I expect lateral interviews to be technical? I have an interview with PJT (3 rounds - MD/Director/Partner) and I am wondering if I should expect a technical or a behavioral interview.
