Lateral Interview Process/Timing
I had a technical, two behavioral/market interviews, and interview with MD (4 Interviews total) which wrapped up the day before Holiday Break (12/23/2022) and the process overall was fast.
The team is within a niche sector of think PCA, PCM, and a super lean team. The scheduling of interviews were condensed over two weeks.
Question: Am I dinged/rejected or is the timing of the fresh-off-vacation/new year probably why I haven’t received follow-up (whether good or bad?) Note, I know many banks won’t even send a rejection email but that was not the vibe this bank gave at all. Really appreciate any help or clarification.

Realistically you should be okay and the firm will circle back towards the end of this week or early next week. If concerned, might be worthwhile to send your point of contact a note early next week
Thanks! I just really love everything about this role and think I hit all interviews and clicked well with interviewers. I figured but first time in lateral recruitment so unsure of timelines/different processes.
